Readthon Part IV
Time: 4:04 p.m.
CELEBRATION!! I finished Mockingjay, and feel a bit meh about it.
Pages Read: 202
What's Next? Old Man and The Sea... and going out to dinner hopefully. We forfeited the coffee shop and the gym when it started to snow really hard, and now I am starting to feel like I might need to get out of the house for a bit.
Consumables? I had some frozen pumpkin cookies, which I popped in the toaster, which actually worked and they were DELISH.

Congrats on finishing Mockingjay, even if it was "meh". And pumpkin cookies sound wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking about reading this one for today too; instead, I've just picked up Libba Bray's A Great and Terrible Beauty. I have the idea there is a similarity in writing style and hope it'll be fun for the later hours of the read-a-thon. Hope your night is a good one!
ReplyDeleteI had the same feeling about Mockingjay when I finished it. I enjoyed the first two, but just wasn't happy with the final book. Hope your reading is going well!
